Crystal is a Consultant Ecologist with Logika and joined the company in 2024.

Crystal is a consultant ecologist with over 2.5 years of experience, in this time she gained strong field survey skills combined with strong desk-based analytical skills. Crystal has conducted species surveys for otters, water voles, kingfishers, sand lizards, and natterjacks. A qualified botanist with FISC 3 certification, she uses tools such as QGIS for habitat mapping and produces key ecological reports such as Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments. Crystal combines technical expertise with practical experience to provide tailored, evidence-based ecological solutions.

West Thurrock Riverside suffered from a range of constraints that left the industrial areas constrained and under used and the residential areas with a poor provision of local services and facilities. Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation required the preparation of a Development Brief and Implementation Plan to guide future development proposals for the West Thurrock Riverside area.
