Craig has a strong background in environmental assessment including Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA) and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) having worked extensively on large-scale projects including nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs) across various sectors including nuclear new-build and decommissioning, airport expansions, housing, offshore wind and onshore electrical transmission.
Craig has significant experience as a field ecologist / ornithologist having undertaken protected species surveys and licencing for several European Protected Species in the UK and across Scandinavia. He currently holds a Natural England disturbance licence for barn owl and has previously held several Schedule 1 bird licences with Natural Resources Wales.
Craig has a first-class BSc (hons) degree in Wildlife Conservation from Nottingham Trent University.
