A seasoned consultancy leader with a strong strategic, commercial, and financial background, Tim joins Logika Group following 16 years with environmental and engineering consultancy, Ricardo, which included 7 years as Managing Director of the Energy and Environment division.
At Ricardo, Tim was responsible for the Energy and Environment division, where he successfully led a team of people across 15 locations in the UK and overseas, fostering a collaborative and supportive company culture while integrating new services, solutions, and propositions – which enabled him to double the size of the business to 800 people.
In joining Logika Group as its first NED, Tim will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team in enhancing service offering, driving international expansion, and implementing strategy to aid the diversification and progression of the Group.
This announcement follows an exciting period of progression for Logika Group, having increased turnover and headcount by 25% within the last 12 months alone.
